As someone whose eyelashes never grew back the same after chemo, I TOTALLY understand how excited and thrilled Rachel was! Even when you're years past it and you think you're okay, those little things will get you. So happy for her to have gotten this experience! ❤

As someone who loves my semi glam lashes it is cool to see the range of what lashes can look like on different people, especially men
You're probably thinking of falsies, which is very different from extensions. most of the time you can not tell someone is wearing extensions, but you definitely know when someone is wearing falsies.
So many things to love in this video- Zach being called several names, Kwesi embracing his lashes, and Rachel’s authentic joy! Ugh I loved this!

@@jpclark454 I more meant in being the subject of the video. Obviously she has her hand in most of their projects, but at the same time it can be hard to be on camera and also managing the shoot. Like she also could have decided to want to prioritize different people but it’s always nice to see she has the freedom to want in on a shoot she’s excited to do.

"You're not average you just don't have a team" is literally what I say constantly. I have a friend who released an album and in all the promo when she had a stylist and lighting and video editors and was looking her absolute best she OBVIOUSLY looked perfect. She looked Hollywood Pretty. And she's pretty to begin with, I think, but there is a difference between Real Life Pretty and Hollywood Pretty. And it was a real big punch in the face wake up to me to be like "Oh yeah. Of course you'd look like that if there were people around you whose literal job it was to make you look perfect." IDK. Felt that, Rachel.
I definitely have to actively remind myself of this…and also actively not look at a lot of pop culture news and photos. I’ve got a chronic illness that makes me look wan and ick, and also have naturally sparse and light lashes, so I often feel self-conscious about them. It helps to remember that money makes a big difference. ❤
I hope Rachel starts getting her lashes down regularly, they clearly made her very happy and she deserves some scheduled relaxation time

I’m glad this wasn’t a super jokey video and they actually respected her profession. the guys got lashes which were subtle and natural without making them look stereotypically feminine which neither of them are to begin with. you can tell they are tailored because Rachel’s are a bit more dramatic. I actually think they would have looked stunning if they were a bit more dramatic. it’s rare to find someone who can enhance your lashes without you looking like you have a mustache on your eyelids. but I guess if she’s the og then it makes sense. beautiful work!

My hair colorist does an electric blanket. I have never felt more spoiled! ❤
My old dentist use to put a weighted blanket on me and the chair would gently massage my back and heat up. I really miss my old dentist now 😂
My orthodontist gave me a blanket because their office was cold and I fell asleep while getting my braces on 😂
